tsi i believe crankwalked (according to a buddy of mine)... and i found a 6 bolt 4g63t bottom end......... the 2g head from my tsi is getting sent out for a valve job. lil port and polish although.......... if i reuse the 2g head what do you recommend...ive seen the 1g step up (almost a full 6bolt swap and others stay wit the 2g..(crank/cam senor project?. Which one is easier as well as more effective?

also i Have a 6bolt out of a 90' gs 4g63 complete..... I would use the 2g trany but can i use my 95' tsi eprom ecu and just put my exhaust manifold wit the t25 on for now.. (plans would be The big 16.............. but the question is will the 1g gs 4g63 work wit 2g turbo set up?

if its a N/a turbo 4g63 needs to be machined, if i read it correct the other day as some are using N/a blocks to start there build. As black1996 said, the 2g head will need machined to fit the bigger head studs of the 6bolt block from 11mm to 12mm. As for what setup one way its plug and play and the other you got to buy a harness, find new homes for a few things etc. I'd say go with what ever fits with in you budget. :thumb:

well the budget isnt to bad.. i relized about the 2g head studs... but if i go with the 4g63t 1g bottom end... and my 2g head.. WHAT is everything i would have to do to get this running properly?
