I have a 16G turbo, with portfueler I was wondering if I could upgrade to a Evo 3 16G turbo??

I'm assuming you mean small16g. I personally think it would be pointless. If you are maxing out that 16g go with a 20g.Also what are your primary and secondary injectors?

I asked the guy I got the car off of wut were the primary and secondary all he said was all four are 290's

I have no idea what portfueler is, but having 4 290cc fuel injectors makes no sense.

As for the small 16g versus EVOIII 16g, it's a pretty darn big difference. If I ever get tired of this old turbo or if it ever finally dies, I'll probably replace it with an EVOIII (because they're cheap and bolt-in). Shouldn't be too hard to break into the 10's with one of those...

From experience i dont think that the 600 dollars would be worth it.A port fueler is a setup where you have 4 primary injectors, and 4 secondary injectors. In this case i'm thinkin he has 290 secondary's, but i dont have any rock solid info on the car. So im afraid to give any advice.I think your best bet would be to take the car to someone who knows dsm's, and ask them what is done to it, and make a mod list for future reference;)To the op i doubt an evoIII is going to shave a full second off your time

Edit: Nevermind. Reading is fun!

There's a pretty big airflow difference between the small and EVOIII 16g's.

Ah ic. Good luck man:thumb:Yea i think the evo is capable of like 80 more hp.But then again you got people like curt seeing 500hp on a 16g. So its hard to compare
