Resolved Identifing a DSMLink chip

Anyone have a picture of a DSMLink chip? Whats it say on it? Mine says Mitsubishi Electric on it with some numbers, could that be a DSMLink chip?

^^He is asking for the DSMLink chip not the ECU. The DSMLink chip should say 2g or 1g DSMLink (depending on the car) and have a serial number on which is the same serial number as your DSMLink. If it has a bunch of numbers and says Mitsubishi Electric on it then the chip its stock.

It sounds like you just have a standard eprom ecu

Does your look somewhat like the second picture in post #3? That would be a stock chip.
