whistling? noise when turning...

so recently i noticed that when i am coasting/lightly accelerating into parking spots, or whatever, there is a whistling noise coming from somewhere up front. it only happens when turning, although i don't know if it happens when i am going faster(its to faint to hear over the engine/exhaust). the best i can describe it is like a drawn out faint whistle, or if you've ever ran your finger around the top of a crystal glass...

Check your fluid level. Its normal for it to make a whistle/buzz noise when the fluid is low or the pump is worn.

ok, i am an idiot and checked the clutch cylinder reservoir... for power steering it is auto tranny fluid, right? can i just buy any stuff?

o and it is just barely touching the bottom of the dipstick, do you know how much i may need?
