Tach Twitches not sure why

I searched tach twitch and got no results so here we go. Some times when sitting at an idle, sometimes if im holding the throttle at a steady rpm and sometimes when decelerating the teach has a twitch. Thats the best way i can describe it. I checked the ground on the battery its tight and clean, i checked all of the ground wires bolted to the engine and transmission. I also tried a different ecu. Any suggestions? Could this be related to any adverse effects? Or should i just ignore it? Thanks!

I would try another instrument panel, if not just ignore it and whenever you can, buy aftermarket tach. Stock ones are not accurate at all.
