I just bought a brand new Evo III 16g and it has a small amount of play it in, I'm just verifying this is a normal amount. I figured they probably wouldn't have sent it if it was abnormal but I just want to make sure.

that honestly seems like a bit much to me. you have to have at least 15thousandths of slack there and i have never seen one that does that. if its working fine now then hopefully it stays that way. but i would definetaly keep my eye on it

It is my understanding that the shaft play you have would be taken up by the oil once it is run through it.

When I first bought one a few years back I was asking myself the same question, I ended up putting 1500 HARD miles on it without issues before switching to a bigger one.

Cool, I'll install it and see how she is :thumb:

Thanks guys.
