Are the stock wheel nut tq specs the same for spacers?

I'm running spacers all the way around right now and I need to take them off to get powdercoated black... do I torque them down to the same 87-101 ft/lbs as listed in the manual, as the stock wheel nuts? Also, is there a standard tq spec everybody's running for wheel nuts, i.e., 95 ft/lbs?

I do mine to 90 ft.lbs. sans spacers, but can't help you to whether you need a higher torque with. I'd imagine no though. You're going to get varied responses but 90 is what I've been quoted by a number of drivers/racers and so I stick with it.
