Take your spark plugs and bash each tip with a hammer and you're done.
But no let's be serious. You're misfire system is known really as the anti lag system. It basically dumps a lot of fuel while retarding timing so the unburnt fuel will enter the turbo and burn there, keeping it spooling. If you're asking how to run a "misfire system" I think it's safe to assume you can't afford to use it since it'll kill your turbos really fast.

True ALS on a DSM would be pretty interesting, and who cares if you go through a lot of turbos, just buy another 14B for $100
