Turbo line questions???

What size fittings should I use for a Big 16G if I want to change everything to Stainless lines with -AN fittings? I have a stainless oil feed line that is a -4AN. I need to know which size double males to get to fit into the turbo and the head. Also, I need to know what size to fit into the oil and water return lines. Any help would be awsome so I can order this crap and be done with it.

Choild be m12 or m14 by 1.25. I know extremepsi.com sells a kit
