no spark or fuel

i cannot find anyone with the same problem as i have. sorry if this is a repeat but i really need answers. i will start off by saying the stock motor in my 96 gsx spun a rod bearing and i went ahead and bought a jdm motor. i bought it off ebay and every since i put it in i have not got spark or fuel. the fuel will get to the fuel rail but the injectors will not fire. the motor is a 7 bolt. i have changed the crank and cam sensor off of my old motor that used to start and the new one will not spark or the injectors will not fire. i have also tried switching ecus with my buddy. that did not work as well. if you would please help i need some answers. i am getting voltage to the sensors if that helps.

Is all the grounds hooked back up for the ecu, body, etc. It's possible everything is getting power but the nothing is getting grounded, hence no injector pulse. I would start there and see what happens.

I assume you have checked all your fuses.. if not do so now main fuses as well.. what happened once with me is the plugs for the cam crank or a/c pump were the same or something like that.. they plugged in to the same plug so make sure u dont have the wrong plug plugged in

when you turn the key on does the boost gauge go to zero and does the check engine light come on for about 5 sec then go off!!! if not bad ecu i had the same symptoms after my engine build and thats what my problem was good luck!
