Ok so me and my other buddy has been working on my car for a week and a couple of days now. This is what we have been doing.

First my car was a 95 tsi auto. we have done the 4g64 6bolt swap with a manual swap as well. tranny and motor wise we ok we think it has do with the wiring. the motor will turn on and try to crank over but no spark from the wires or fuel from the injectors is getting into the motor.

Anyone have an suggestion on where to start trouble shooting.

check the Cam Angle Sensor to see if it's properly working. Take it out and spin it. As it spins, you should hear clicking from the injectors firing and get spark from the plugs. also, double check your pump being plugged in as well as the coil pack being plugged into the harness

we tried different cas, the same thing happened no spark or fuel. also we check the wiring a few times and it is right. the fuel pump is coming on because it is getting fuel to the rail just no injector pulse. its the a relay or a fuse for the mpi??
