how to test 14b for worn out bearings

My 14b is not reaching full spool (15psi) until about 3000 rpms. Mods in profile. Is this normal? I have no boost leaks. Engine was rebuilt recently. 14b is well ported and 2g ex mani is ported.

When i take off the air intake and spin the compressor blades, if i give them a good spin how many rotations should they make before they stop spinning?

I dont know about the spins but have you checked the in and out play and the up and down play on your turbine. And 3k rpm sounds like a good spool to me. My t-25 which spools earlier than a 14b hits full boost around 2800 rpm
