if you had a cord(S) going from your ecu(or whatever) to an I-phone that had a tuning program installed (dsmlink,saf-c), would it it be possible to tune it with the phone??
 
i dont think you can "install" a safc on a iphone, i would think you could run a logger,

maybe DSMlink, but i think it might be to small to want to actually use to tune.
 
I was thinking about this the other day, especially since they are kicking off the whole thing where they are giving out the software to create apps for the iphone/touch
 
From the computer engineering standpoint, as long as you have a way to interface the device to the phone, you could do whatever the hell you want. Even your simple camera flip-phone is capable of running the software. Just need to find a way to get the signals back and forth.
