I have searched it and nothing shows the kit that i have.
 
I assume the lower barb (with the arrow) comes from your boost source IE: compressor housing, J-pipe, etc...

The upper one would then go to your wastegate.

All this is assuming it's a standard spring style. You can always undo the top adjustment knob and look inside. The knob/bolt should push down on a spring which should push down on a ball bearing which will cover a port. If the upper barb is above the bearing and the lower one is below it you should hook it up as I described. If you're unfamiliar with how these work, the boost pressure comes in the lower fitting and pushes against the bearing, but cannot pass it until it's force is greater than the springs. Once that happens the pressurized air passes the bearing, moves out the upper barb and activates your waste gate.
