So I am dew for an oil change soon and have heard great things about using seafoam in your intake Manifold. I have all the emissions and Vacuum lines removed with the vacuums on the TB jb welded shut. The car was like this when i purchased it. What is a good way to get the Seafoam to my IM if i cant use the vacuum on the TB??? any help would be greatly appreciated.

From my BOV it is T'ed one going to the Intake manifold and one going to the wastegate on my turbo. I only have one other Vacuum line on my Intake Manifold and it is the one directly below the ECI badge on the Im and runs to the Fuel Rail, im assuming this one is the brake Booster? Thanx for the quick responses

At the tee, take off the hose that runs to the intake manifold. Use that hose and slowly allow it to suck in the Seafoam. It is important you suck up the Seafoam slowly so pinch the line while you allow the line to suck in the Seafoam. I wouldn't use the brake booster line because it is fairly large.

Awesome thank you for the quick answers. after i run all the seafoam out of my system, i know it gunks up the oil and it would need to be changed directly afterwards, but what about my spark plugs i bought brand new ones 2800 miles ago should i change them also?

Put in some old spark plugs temporarily while you run the Seafoam through the system. Once it's all out then put your good plugs back in. Or just replace them just for the heck of it. Most people say you should change them afterwards.
