1, will using 93 or 100 octane gas change my afr reading
with no parameter mods?
.
2, is there a optimal afr for 93 to 100 octane?

3, If non of the above only timing needs optimising?

1. No there shouldn't be any difference.

2. You can run leaner with the higher octane but it won't gain power like adding timing will. I would see how much timing you can get before knock while leaving you air/fuel ratio alone. Once it starts to knock back the timing off one or two degrees. Then if you want to see if you can lean the mixture out without it knocking.

3. I already answered this in number 2.
