Difference between 12 Psi and 18 psi??
I just bought my car on Tuesday and have a new engine, with a fp18g turbo with only 450 miles on them. Right now the boost is set at 12 psi and it feels really fast to me. I'm just wondering what kind of gains I can expect when the engine and turbo are broken in at 18-25 psi? The mods on the car are in my profile to see if the car can even handle that much boost.

Or about 0.4136854368 bar.
OP, what exactly do you want to know? This kind of sounds like bench racing though, so watch out.
I would also say to rewire your fuel pump if you haven't done so already.

I'm completely new to the whole turbo car world, so I'm just curious and trying to get a good feel for my car. I used to have an integra with a bunch of bolt on mods, so this car at 12 psi feels REALLY fast to me. But from what I've read around the site is that nobody really runs 12 psi unless they're completely stock. Most are up to 18 or over. So just made me wonder the difference made by such an increase in boost. And to answer your question GSXeclipse97, I don't know why theres a 190 fuel pump with 750 injectors. Would you suggest a 255?

12 to 18 psi is definatley a nice feeling, your car will pull alot harder and feel faster. i would recommend a 255rewired for those bigger injectors.

I don't think getting a 255lph would not be a necessity right now, but if you end up turning up the boost, or ever want to get a larger turbo, it would be a good thing to get at that point. When you get a 255lph, you should also get an AFPR.
Once you decide to start turning the boost up, do it slowly and watch your logger. Don't jump right from 12 to 18+.

well, a good average rule of thumb is; if you have properly tunned supporting mods, 1psi=10-12HP. so your difference would be (if correct) 120-200hp. a substantial increase. now thats what you see(HP) not what you feel(ft/lbs trq) with tourque there are alot more variable's, cams, timming, octane, so the rage is more like 1psi=5-15ft/lb.
verry good potential. if you wanna feel proper 18 psi, go drive an evo 8.

Is your equation wrong or is your estimate wrong? They don't match.
OP: I run my car on 15lbs and have never gone higher with this turbo, it's no big deal really.

How much better does your car run on 15 lbs?
my MBC is going to be here monday or tuesday and thats what im going to run 15 psi.
Also i put my gauges in and the boost gauge sits at -20 at idle and sits right on 12 psi wot. now the oil psi i need to rewire because its not working right now.
How much psi will the stock 1g bov hold uncrushed?

Well I have a few mods and a little bigger turbo, but it runs okay. Should run better next week when it get's tuned. Your vacuum sounds right on your boost guage and the 1g should be able to hold ~14-15lbs just fine. There may be a little leakage, but as long as you're recirculated it shouldn't be that noticeable.
As far as you running 15lbs on everything stock, I'm more conservative and I'd say to make it 13 and get use of your timing instead of 2 more psi and lose some.
