"HELP" Stumbles when fully warm

Hi guys, my car stumbles after I have driven it for a good 30mins and may be running rich also when it does stumble. When it starts stumbling, it does it at any rpm in any gear and will keep doing it until I shut it off and it fully cool down. My cars idle also surges every once in a while from idle to about 2 1/2g's and then all of a sudden it goes back to normal or slowly lowers itself?

Besides that stuff it runs and drives great

Have any of you had this happen before?

I have to make my boost leak tester and do a BLT

I also just got my logger but I have to order the cable & software. I will order it this weekend I hope.

...can you describe "stumble" more thoroughly? does it do it in boost? only under throttle?

it does it all the time after it has been driven for a while, whether I'm boosting or not.

sorry but what does ECT stand for? is it a sensor for the transmission? No CEL at all. Its weird cause it will not do it if I go for like 10-20 drives but anything longer it will start stumbling

ECT=Engine Coolant Temperature sensor. It tells the ECU the coolant/operating temp of the engine. It is mainly for starts on cold days. It allows the ECU to add extra fuel to aid in starting. A bad ECT sensor typically causes difficult cold starts but it can also affect A/F ratios at all operating conditions causing loss of performance and driveability issues.

I'm sure other things can cause the problem but it's one thing to consider. There is a way to test it using an ohmeter. The testing procedure is in the Haynes/Chilton manuals and I'm sure you can find it on the forums. Let me know if you can't find it or need help with it.

I did a search and could not find anything about Engine Coolant Temperature sensor and I can't get a Haynes manual until this weekend cause I'm broke right now
