[RESOLVED] Tensioner pulley fubared???

ok so mypulley spins frely when its not bolted on but when i bolt it on I cant get it to spin at all. Now I dont want to buy a brand new one and have te same thing happen to me and the pulley I'm working on isnt very old...So what do you guys think the deal is????

Always use the factory pulley.

That's what it is. It was working fine before I took the motor apart to rebuild it. But I just bought a new one last night from extremepsi
