toronto,
ok so i picked up a eclipse gst, the motor was just rebuilt with a stock rebuild. Now i plan on doing the following to hit 400whp.

20g turbo
ebay intercooler
1000cc injectors
walboro 255lph pump
safc
megan racing 3" downpipe
megan racing 3" cat back
megan racing 3" test pipe
diy air intake
snow performance meth injection kit
manual boost controller
turbosmart bov -already installed
fuel pressure regulator

pretty much thats the list, with those bolt ons on a fresh motor do you think i could hit 400whp safely? i know the meth injection might be overkill but i wanna be on the safe side. now for tuning (dont laugh,i come from a honda and mustang background) can i just have my car dyno tuned and then chipped by a tuner? also when the cars being tuned do i just tune for high boost? like i wanna run 20-25pounds at the track and say like 15ish on the streets. help!!

theres a big price difference from a afc and link. i can get a safc for 150 bucks used, if im having the car professionally tuned and chipped will i still need link?

You also will need a datalogger along with your safc. Most people agree that the extra things link has over safc is well worth it. It tunes and logs all in one. Plus many other things. Go do DSMLink Homepage and read about it. I just got it but haven't installed it yet ### my car is stored
