motor swap...FWD auto to AWD 5 speed

OK I have a chance to get a 96 AWD 5 speed Talon with the trans, drive train, and block for $600. I have a 95 fwd auto talon right now...it runs...but I would like 5 speed and AWD...that's what I originally wanted but I couldn't find it...

how hard would this swap be? it seems pretty straightforward to me...

is there anything that i would need to swap out?

the AWD comes with complete drive-train, trans, and block...i think it comes with the flywheel and clutch too...

any info on this swap will be nice...

I am in the midst of doin this to my 2g simply because it was a school project car so i dont wanna get rid of it and just get another car thats 5 speed, i have too much time and money into it to just get rid of it might be stupid on my part but i have alot of friends in my area that really know ### that are doing when it comes to dsm's so ill have plenty of help if i need it. If you dont know a whole lot about working on cars i would strongly advise you not to do the swap because its complicated and time consuming, and paying a proffecional to do it is really expensive.
