HELP i put my 2g back together today after 3 months i ported the turbo (a 14b) new fmic ssautocrome a greddy bov now thats now its sounds like a roots stlye supercharger it doesnt seem like its lagging or anything kinda got a weird smell coming from the hood but thats probably ### i havent run the car in 3 months im gonna pull it apart tommorow to see if thier is anyshaft play any ideas

Basically you take the intake off, put the tester on the turbo inlet, and pressurize the intake tract all the way into the crankcase. And you check for leaks. The intercooler pipes should hold the pressure and slowly leak out over 30-45 seconds. Don't pressurize to the moon. Just to whatever boost your running or a few psi over.
 
well when i made my j pipe a little of my weld prevented the bolt from tightening down the flange grinded it away no more leak and the smell was a leaking oil feed line fitting they sent me the wrong banjo bolt but i got it from the local mitsu dealer now any one have any ideas on my why my windows rattle so damn much

Yea just pull the door panels off and inspect them.
