1g-2g intakes

I was wondering what is the difference between 1g 2g intakes. Because i have a 2g but i have every thing from a 1g from head to intake. my check engine light is on be cause i don't have the pressure differential sensor hooked up (because the 1g intakes don't have it) so i wanted to know if i bought an after market intake for a 2g would it work right and make the light go off.

I'm not quite understanding whats going on here. To me is sounds like you are running a 2g head with a 1g intake manifold, and you are having problems.. Please clarify so everyone can help you.

sorry, i have a 2g with a 1g head and intake and i was looking to get an after market one but i was wondering which one i should get
