Anyone heard of TRE MASC?

hello,
well my one buddies has one of these, it is suppose to be like a maft? he was trying to sell it to me, but i have never even heard of it? i have search and haven't found anything. I went to TRE website and didn't find anything either. So does anyone know anything about this.
