1g Fuel Rail in VR4

Hey guys just wanted to know if it would be ok to use an extra 1g fuel rail I have kicking around in my galant vr4, I snapped two studs in the stocker that came on the vr4, and I just wanted to know if it was something I could switch out with the 1g rail. The only problem I noticed between the two was different fpr's and the 1g rail was just a little longer then the vr4's?

any info would be much appreciated...

oh ok, then I have no idea why the hell the vr4 I took off was smaller then the 1g? thanks for clearing that up for me...
