What is the best way to control boost on an external gate like a tial? I tried a hallman controller that was ball and spring and it didn't work that well. I'm using spring combinations now but its a pain to change boost. any help?

I have a 44mm Wastegate and didnt have any problems running a MBC.. what is happening that's causing a problem?

Its working fine now on just spring pressure but I just wanted to get a boost controller and I read the hallman wasn't designed for external gates. I thought external gates need bleed type controllers.

I have a perrin manual boost controller that works fine. I got it from SlowBoy Racing.

got a sbr manual boost controller on mine...works perfect. just make sure the vacuum coming off the wastegate is ran right into the boost controller. dont make the mistake that i did and T- off the bov vacuum the first time. LOL

I use a cheap e-bay MBC. Vac line ran from the turbo to the MBC to the wastegate. Works perfect. Don't have to change springs just turn a dial.
