[RESOLVED] Headlight Problem

Ok, when I bought the car it already had these headlights. I'm not sure what kind they are. I need to replace the low & high beam bulbs. I bought Sylvania Silverstar 9006 bulbs, but when I took out my headlights I found these really tiny bulbs. So I'm taking back the 9006 bulbs but I'm not sure what to get to replace my blown bulbs, please help.

You may have hid's. you have to order them from a shop that sell hids.

They are probably H7 bulbs. Go to the store and look at them and see if they look similar but that's what most of these aftermarket headlights use.

If they're really cheap sets they might be H3 bulbs. An easy way would be to remove the bulbs, go to the store, ID them, and buy the right bulbs...


EDIT: It is VERY unlikely you have HID's. The work required to make my ebay shit projectors HIDs was immense. If you see no ballasts, no incredibly thick wires leading from said ballasts to the bulbs, then no, you dont have HID's. The only way you would have HID's is if the previous owner did the conversion himself.

If you have already seen the bulbs, just search online for H1, H3, H4, and H7. It's gotta be one of these.

I doubt those have HID bulbs. I have seen these headlights in person and they are just simple projectors.

I found some similar headlights and they use H7 bulbs. Search on google for H7 bulb and see how it looks.

Everyone is wrong, for your low beams you have the H3 bulb and for your high beam you have the H1. They suck I know because I have a similar pair like yours. Return your 9006s and go to autozone and purchase a pair of 100 watt H3 bulbs for your low beams; they'll kick ass..somewhat.

Thanks everyone for your quick replies. I took a look at my bulbs again and matched them to H1 and H3 bulbs. As for the headlight assembly it-self, what a mess. There are wires and plugs dangeling on both sides. I connected them all and they seem to do nothing. Anyway, thanks again!
