Buying Greddy Type-s

Hey guys,
I did some searching but most of the threads on this were old. I was wondering if anyone knew to get one of these things with the fittings? All I can find is used on eBay without any fittings. Something like this, but they're out of stock cause they're discontinued.

If I were to buy a used one on eBay, what else would I need? I was looking at getting a hard UICP and couldnt find one on dejon tools? If you guys could help I would appreciate it.

P.S - I am going to recirculate, so can I just use my stock stuff for that? Oh and I was going to purchase a K&N FIPK as well.

Just to let you know. I purchased a greddy type s bov and had nothing but problems. It kept leaking so I replaced the springs, and put in a new diaphram and put some teflon on the adj. screw and still wouldn't work right. I have many many friends who have had the same exact problem. I switched to 1g bov and I believe it has the closest sound to the type s and holds faaaatastic.
