NEED HELP car wont start!!!

So my car sat for a few months and i just got it running last week, keep in mind i do not have my own ecu right now as the caps leaked and it burned up on me..i used my buddys 5spd awd non-eprom and the car fired right up drove it put some miles on her then i put it back behind the house. I didnt change anything and now it wont start, i do have spark, fuel pump and my relays are good. The only thing i changed was the ecu i used a auto awd turbo non-eprom. Would this cus my 91' gsx to not start seeing as my is a 5spd and the ecu is a auto? It does turn over but does not start? thanks alot!!

No i just really need to know will it make a difference if i put a auto ecu in my 5spd car?

yes it will make a difference including fuel cut and tach readings. Automatics come with 390cc injectors,it will work for some time,but i would reccomend buying the right ecu.
