Usually, barring any damage, the timing belt was installed too tight. This will make it whine. Another thing is the gears or belt rubbing the timing cover.

Yeah, I did just have the timing belt done. I will go and check now to see if it is rubbing............LOL back now. I cranked it up and it did nothing. I got no sound. I did not see it rubbing. Idk. I did fix a boost leak though.
 
I talked to a guy who works on dsms with his eyes closed. He was telling me about how our balance shafts can kind of sieze up. I am not sure what he was talking about b/c some stuff was way over my head. I am sure you might know of him Pac Man. He holds the record for somthing. High Hp about the timing belt being to tight, will that work it self out or do I need to have it redone.
