After reading from RRE: RREs  Eclipse 2G Turbo 1G Throttle Body Swap

It says:

If you are still running with your EGR, the following will be necessary for proper EGR
It's simple, cap off the E line as well as the angled line (marked A1 or something). Then with a T, split the P line to go to where P and E used to go.

In effect drive the E line, (EGR) with the source from P.

The problem is that the 1G EGR and the 2G EGR are sourced differently inside the throttle body. The 2G EGR has vacuum at idle but the 1G does not.

The problem where I am not seeing is when you tee the "P" line.

Okay, it tells you to cap off the "A1" and "E" then after that, Connect the "P" line and tee it with the "E" line? What about the "A1" line?

I am lost. I can't read nor understand. :beatentodeath:

Help me please.

Okay if I read it right you cap off the A1 angled line and the E line. Then you tee into the P line and hook up your two hoses to the tee for the P line and the E line.In effect you have the E and P tee together and hook up to one line on the throttle body( the P line). The E and A1 are capped on the throttle body. Does this help? If not let me know and we can walk through again. Travis
