Hello. That's my second post on this forum. But didn't said hello yet, so Hello!! ROFL

Well, few days ago I start installation of Aftermarket Generation AGA1201 Keyless entry/alarm/remote start system on 1996 Eagle Talon Esi Auto transmission. Bought it on Ebay.
At the beginning everything looks so simple, but after two afternoons spent working on car got problems:

1) I need to find Neutral Safety Switch wire, that supplies ground only when car is on P or N position. According to wirediagram.com it suppose to be Brown/red on switch on transmission, but THERE IS NO wire like that. Cant find it on any switch... :beatentodeath:
I didn't have anybody to help me testing wires.
Anyone of You guys know which wire it will be?

Also Parking lights wire, is Green/White (+)in drivers kick panel harness to rear of vehicle. There are two G/W wires...

2) After installing first part of remote start, my SRS light came on. I think i unplugged airbag when battery was still connected, and now SRS control unit sees problem.
I've searched for resolutions, but pulling light bulb out is not answer for me. I know that in Honda' s there is a way to do it by shortening some pins.

Do I really have to get somebody to connect SRS code reader to car unit?

Thanks in advance

Please don't bump your own thread.

I'm not sure on the neutral safety switch. The SRS light needs to be cleared by either a Mitsu dealer or a mechanic that has the proper tools. Some mechanics can do it, some can't. Call around and ask - just make sure they understand you're talking about an SRS (airbag) light because some of the people I called thought I was talking about a CEL.
