I have 1/4" plastic peice that I tap'd and got appx 4 threads into it.

Then screwed in the metal bolt.

This was not air tight.

Is there another way I can dothis to make it air tight?

Ive used Pipe fitting glue on plastic to plastic before.
But dont know what to do about metal / brass to plastic.

Any tips let me know thanks.

i was thinking about getting my 1g fuel rail tap. i was going to install a afpr and i was just going to get the fuel rail threaded and use a brass fitting from home depot. i was just going thread the fitting the connect a hose to it(while clamping it down).

will this work? and/or what should i do to make sure it doesn't leak. i dont want fuel leaking in the engine bay.
