Which turbo has more power potential with stock everything else other than three inch exaust i will be building for it, big 16g with stock manifold, or T3-T4 hybrid with turbonetics cast manifold and tial wastegate, i already have the turbonetics manifold and tial 38mm wastegate, but still need to get the t3-t4, but i need to know which setup would be better, because i want to know which turbo to get.

I have someone that wants to trade the manifold and the wastegate for a big 16g, but dont reallywant to get rid of them.

It is for a '95 Talon TSI AWD, not the one in my profile.

well its going to be the t3-t4, but do you have any idea how many hybrids are out there LOL. this needs to be narrowed down to a specific turbo

With stock everything, go for the Big 16G. You won't be able to run much boost with the stock fuel system....DEFINITELY not enough fuel for any Turbonetics hybrid.

Even though the manifold and wastegate are worth alot, sometimes you just have to bite the bullet to get the parts you'll actually need.

As far as making sure the turbo is worth the manifold and wastegate swap, read my used turbo buying guidelines carefully before doing the trade!

I dont have either turbo, that is why i was asking which one i should get.

How much could i get for the manifold and wastegate? How much is a new b16g?

The manifold has never been used, i got it and the wastegate from someone that needed the money bad, and the wastegate is a 38mm tial wastegate.

The guy says there is no shaft play and it is in excelent condition, i will be able to inspect it in person and if he is telling the truth is it worth the trade?

There's over 500 different threads about 'which turbo is better than which turbo'. The term t3/t4 is so vague, it's not even funny. For all anyone knows, you could be asking to compare a 16G with a PTE 6776 or a 16G with a PTE 3431. Please be more specific; and please search more about the type of turbo you are asking about.
