Ok.. I went out for a drive and finally got on the car since the E16g install. Went from a roll in first, floored it. Spun went to second but missed, so i started over again and went up to third gear ( middle of) and came back down to speed limit. Slowing down to a stop sign and i felt a clunk. Got out looked and everying thing was perfect. Then after leaving the stop sign ( shifting at 3000) i felt another clunk and so on and so on. Well goin home at 55mph it kept doin it but getting worse and worse the clunking and jerking every so often. But it would only do it accerlating not decelerating. I felt that the clutch petal was even if not below the brake petal when engauged( knowing that the brake is usually farther up than the brake engaged). But it went in and out of every gear.Got home while the turbotimer was running i looked and saw what seemed to be Syncromesh leaking form between the motor and tranny. So i moved the car to get it out of the carport and the clutch when down to the floor and wouldnt let me in 1st so i let out then went back in, and i got it in first.

What the hell is goin on .. did i break a gear and it went throught the casing?

Can you be a little more clear? Did you pull the tranny for any reason while installing the new turbo? It could be as simple as there's a leak and the gears aren't getting lubricated. However, there shouldn't be any fluid leaking between the engine and the tranny. That area is the bellhousing, which shouldn't have anything but air and the throwout bearing in it.

Nope, sure didnt. Yea i know I mean i think it was tranny fluid. it didnt smell like brake fluid from the clutch cyl. I donno

The tranny has only been plulled once, before i got it for a clutch that was about 20k miles ago

Well smell doesn't mean much. Maybe I just have an insensitive nose, but I've never noticed a distinctive smell with brake fluid. That said, gear oil (i.e the stuff in your tranny) does have a very noticeable smell. If it's brake fluid from clutch, then that will make a lot of sense. The loss of fluid will reduce pressure, causing inconsistent shifts and a dropping of the clutch pedal. I would look again and more closely. Check and make sure that it is in fact gear oil that is leaking. If it turns out to be brake fluid, change out the slave cylinder for a new OEM unit. Don't waste your money with a rebuild or aftermarket unit, they fail quickly.

Smell like syncromesh... ( what i got in it). I donno understand how i broke the housing ( only way the fluid would be comming out) and the jerking and clunking noise..

later .. my dads chassis is in the garage and it raining.. and i... well shit i donno
