I HAVE A 4G63 92 TALON TSI (AWD)

4g63 6 bolt
Walborr 255cc Rewired
Stock injectors
14b turbo pushing 16lbs
Safc
2nd gen MAF
2 1/2 exhaust, cat taken off

Thats what i will be running pretty soon, have most of the stuff.
Just Wanted to see who else was using a similar setup and
what 1/4 mile times and hp are they running.

Thanks

If all of that is for a N/T swap then you are seriously going in the wrong direction. Simple solution is to just find a blown or walked engine DSM and then put that stuff in that since you already "...have most of the stuff". Whole heck of a lot easier. But hey, if you want to do it this way, do what ya gotta do.

Do you have another car that your going to put this motor into? If not, and your going to put it in you N/T. might as well back out now and sell it, then buy a blown up 2g turbo like said in the other post.

My Bad! I Should Change My Name!

I Bought A 1st Gen Talon When I Sold My 99! Sorry Hahaha

But Yeah It's A First Gen

we're not allowed to bench race here. on the other hand, I'd say about 175awhp and 13's. ok I'm done....

Nah i have 2 talons as of 1 week ago, i sold my 99 eclipse

13"s with all that is what i was thinking, i kinda got a very good teacher who's shown me a long way

i ran a 14.2 with just a boost controller...........no 3" exhaust, any of that stuff

upgraded to a 2gmaf today and injectors this weekend, i was thinking 510's for a good 18lb setup (have datalogger), alreayd have a 255 fuel pump, took off my highly restrictive cat today also.

looking for mid 13's with the outcome of a stock car runnin 14.2 with a boost controller...

:D

like BoostFrenzy said, you'll need a AFPR for what the 255 pump is going to supply. Wouldn't hurt to rewire the pump to while your in there.

I'm gonna be running an almost identical setup once i'm finished prepping for summer so im definately interested in your results

I would go for some injectors so you can really maximize the 14b if you are going to stay with that turbo. Also as others have said with the 255 you will need an AFPR.
Other than that it looks pretty good for a moderate hp goal. A little more put in to get a new turbo would make a lot more power however.
