are these headlights for a 1g worth it?

I'm thinking about ordering one of those "HID imitations" off of ebay for a 1g talon... something like these..

90-91 Eagle Talon / Laser HID Xenon Diamond Headlights - (eBay.ca item 350016745381 end time 24-Jan-08 07:57:44 EST)

or

90~91 Eagle Talon CRYSTAL Headlights w/ Adapter H4666 - (eBay.ca item 260151877520 end time 17-Feb-08 12:55:56 EST)

would it be worth getting any of them? which one is recommended?
Also, are these parts like a direct replacement(ie, take the old one out, put these in and ta-dah), or would I need to splice up some wires and adjust other stuff before they will be usable?

When are imitations ever worth it? with anything...

I don't think they've made 'real HID' for the 1gA anyway..
besides, no matter what others say, there *are* ebay imitation items that do their bang for the buck anyway and I wanted to know if this would be one of them as I read one of the thread in the FAQ forums recommending the upgrade to "one of the diamond headlight kits" on ebay.
