Could you go 13s with stock exhaust?

I just wanted to see if I could reach 13s with my car before I upgraded to a 3"exhaust. I already have: BS eliminated, lightweight flywheel, ACT2600, 1G T.B., 1G CAS, 16G set at 10psi, EVO 3 tranny, no cat. I think I could go 13s with good tune. I'm going to install a walbro 190lph. Is 13s reachable with these mods before I upgrade the exhaust???

my 1990 FWD went 13.8 multiple times with a disconnected exhaust and boost controller. Stock everything else. Which is why everyone called it a factory freak. then the stock clutch started to slip.

2 years ago I went 13.69@ 94mph. MBC set to 15psi, dropping to 13psi. ported 2g manifold and o2 housing. Dejon upper intercooler pipe. NOTHING else. Stock turboback, stock clutch, fuel, etc.

Definately turn the boost up a little more atleast.

At 16 lbs i dont see why not.At least disconnect the cat back and run a open stock downpipe.

I didn't know I could do that. I thought the car would run like crap. I'll try that. I have a test pipe now. Let's see what I can do.

All the others thanks for the replies:thumb:

2007 – Buschur Racing 3rd Annual Mitsubishi VS Subaru Showdown @ Norwalk Raceway Park, I took my 1991 Talon Tsi to 13.7 @ 95mph. The only things down where k&n cold air intake, hacked maf fuel pump, boost controller set at 16 psi, air fuel gauge. It had a full factory exhaust <----EVERY BIT INCLUDING CAT.
