What type of symptoms would I see with the number 4 injector leaking? It seems to be a pretty bad leak. I also found one coming from my bliss screw. Thanks in advance.

Um, do you mean what kind of "effect" would a boost leak cause at the injector seal?
boost at any place are bad news as the mess up the air to fuel maps that the ECU uses to calculate your fuel and timing.
The lower injector seals are a common place for boost leaks as the stock seals are made of a material that hardens and leaks over time. You can get more that will leak again from mitsubishi OR you can get neoprene ones from HDR.(home depot racing). Let me know if you need the part number.

The BISS is also a very easy fix with a normal o-ring of the right size from HDR.

Hope this helps!
