are these all the parts i will need:

Shifter Assembly Shifter Boot Shifter Cables
Cable Hold downs and Firewall Gasket Brake and Clutch Pedal assembly Clutch Master
Clutch Fluid Line Clutch Assembly Flywheel
Flywheel to Crankshaft bolts Manual Transmission .Clutch Slave

and what do i do about the ecu ?!

Your ecu will be fine for know. You will still have the auto rev limit, Thats the only down fall.
