hey guys I was changing my spark plugs do to a random sputter and misfire and I noticed the plug on cylinder one was cracked and full of oil. Also now that I think about it I notice alot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust when I start her up also when I punch it. I'm thinking its a blown piston ring anyone else have any ideas ? If it is a blown piston ring should i just go with a 6bolt swap or is it worth the time fixing it.

Yeap sounds like a bad ring and maybe valve/seal. I would do a compression test before ripping anything apart.

If you research you will see a lot of people are building 7 bolts with no issues. Some believe they make stronger strokers than 6 bolts. Just research alot before you decide.

I want to build my motor now its just that it 108k miles on it and im afriad that im gunna blow with a small turbo upgrade

Ok, the crack in the spark plug is most likely causing your misfire. Along with that oil, that does help at all. Could be making that one cylinder run absolutely horrible. (hence smoke...) Replace your valve cover gasket along with the spark plug gaskets too and replace your spark plugs. NGK Bpr7es if your running 15psi or over.
