Rear Spindle, Anyone familiar with it???

Well, as i posted yeterday just purchased a 2G and i needed a safety on the vehicle brought it into the shop and on the rear part of the suspension the mechanic told me that i need new bushings on the spindle...they tell me that i have to replace the whole spindle because the bushings arent sold seperately. Is that true part of me wants to believe their wrong because they dont really specialize in DSM's. If anyone knows of this or where i can get the bushings without replacing the whole spindle would be great help!

The mechanic is correct. Mitsubishi does not sell the bushings separately. One option is an aftermarket bushing kit but if your mechanic is doing the job, the additional labor might not make this cost effective.
