need help finding quietest 3inch turbo back system

Resonators and mufflers are on the stock systems for a reason. If you want quiet, you cant go with a straight through setup, youll need a nice chambered muffler and may even add a resonator.

honestly i doubt that there are any quiet 3" turbo back exhaust out there, but i could be wrong? good luck!!!

Quiet is really an opinion, I suppose. My magnaflow is a lot more quiet compared to say, a full N1, dunk, WS2, buschur, etc. type exhaust. My vote for quietest exhaust would be a megan dp and a greddy evo2 for being the quietest 3".

Hey blacknspooln what model magna flow do you have ive been wanting one because the bootleg n1 i have is way too noisy i know alot of people run those.

Just my $0.02 here on this. If you can find one, the RS*R exhaust for a 95-99 is pretty quiet. I actually run one on my car and it is very quiet. I have looked on RS*R's website and it appears they no longer make the exhaust system for this year range anymore. But I may be mistaken on that. I couldnt find it though. I got lucky and mine came on the car when I bought it. Maybe try EBay for a used one if you wanted to.

I'm running the Apexi WS2 with Hi-flow cat and 3" DP. It's pretty quiet. It has a nice low rumble to it and when you open it up it sounds SICK. I also wanted a quiet exhaust and I am 100% happy with the WS2. Hope this helps, Good luck.

I have a megan 3" dp coupled with a catco cat and the RSR cat-back....its the quitest i have heard, and my buddy had the greddy evo.

He has a GST there wont be a straight back exhaust. It's gonna have curves in it. I have a megan racing downpipe and just an ebay special 3" cat back. Came with a silencer for the muffler. I dont think its too loud without it at all. I don't really think you need to buy an expensive kit. Megan Racing downpipe is pretty cheap and so was the cat back exhaust. 3" all the way.

I noticed your from no. Cal. If you can find some way to go to RRE in Santa fe Springs here in So. Cal, then i would advise you to get their Stealth exhaust which is a full 3 in., has one HUGE resonator or two on the update model, is VERY quite, and looks like a stock exhaust. A big plus for the sleeper look!

Hence my recommendation for an oval muffler.

Volume is the key.....
