I bought a Megan Racing DP and had the car up on a lift today at work. Held it up under there to see where I was gonna weld the Wideband O2 bung and wasn't sure how the rear of the pipe was suppose to bolt up. The car doesn't currently have an exhaust aside from just the O2 housing. Is there some kinda bar that bolts from the DP to the bottom of the car or something or what? Anyone have pics by chance? Thanks.

yes there should be a hanger bracket towards the end of the downpipe near the flang that bolts to the underbody of the car unless whoever had taking the exhaust off before unbolted the bracket unstead of disconnecting it from the rubber hanger

Like yamaha4life89 said, there should be a hanger coming down from the bottom of the car that connects to the down pipe. It looks like a 1/4" round bar bent at a 90* angle that the rubber connectors slide onto. For an idea as to where the hanger should be, look at the DP itself. If it was made properly, there should be a round bar coming off of it after the flex section. This is where the hanger would slide on to to attach it to the car. If your missing that, then you're going to have to get creative on mounting. Use some wire and tie it to something hanging under the car and go to the exhaust shop and see if they can fab up something for you.

Yeah, that piece is missing and the downpipe has a bar coming off of it but has a threaded hole at the end of it for screwing a bolt into. So was kinda wondering. Thanks though. I'll have to see what I can find.
