Muffler Advice

Howdy.

I am posting to gather some suggestions as to what I should replace my current muffler with. I currently have an Apexi N1 muffer installed, but I have to replace it.

Here is why.

I plan on pretty much taking that one off right at the muffler and inspecting the remaining pipes. If all else is well I'll simply weld on the replacement muffler. I've been looking around but the only thing I have to go by are product writeups, a few reviews, but I'd like to hear from fellow DSMers.

Magnaflow is cheap but is among the best performing muffler for DSM if you're only changing the muffler section.

Magnaflow race muffler. Its pretty much a 3 inch straight through pipe and sounds great. Its also a nice sized muffler, not just a little can. Look in my profile for pics of mine.

Funny becuase, I had an apexi that also did that. I replaced it via the warranty though. I rock an Ebay muffler. Its an HKS-Ti knockoff, but its 3 inch in and 4 out so I was stoked. It can be found here.

I have 3" Dynomax race muffler. It has a real nice deep and throaty tone to it. Before that i had a Magnaflow which was also pretty good; i just like the sound of the Dynomax better.

With those E-bay mufflers, are you getting what you pay for? 32.99 compared to 120-200 price tags.

i have an ebay muffler... muffler+ship+weld=70 bucks not to shabie and it sounds awsome...

I have never had problems with ebay mufflers. Ive ran it all winter so far and its not rusted and its a vary deep throaty sound.
