new engine missing at idle

Ok so i get my car back today and it is missing at idle. Under partial throttle i dont feel a thing wrong. It's freshlly rebuilt so i know it has to break in.... I've checked the isc and the biss, checked the vacume lines and egr not leaking.Brand new plugs and wires, new timing belt, new everything. I have no idea wut else it could be cause i have checked my Haynes manual and i did what it said to check. I'm going back up to my machanic in morning but i just wanted to check around. Someone please help me any ideas will help!!

Check the injector to head seals. It ended up with a slight miss a idle mid range smooth as a kitten and under a load/boosted the miss would return. I got in a rush when I put it back togther and got one misalinged. Took it apart and reassembeled and all was fine again.

Ok I'll check. But i have no misses at all after idle even during downreving nothing. I'll take out and replace all injectors in morning. Anything else could cause this problem?
