Hi I just was just wondering about everyone’s opinions on the website that has the largest selection of aftermarket/OEM parts for 1st generation DSM’s I myself am a member of various DSM sites. And I still am unsure where to purchase my parts. Also could some one direct me on how to figure out how to upload pictures to the forums? Sorry if this seems worthless.

Jeff

Extremepsi has some of the best prices. Whats really great about them is there customer support and there shipping is the fastest I have ever seen. Great variety also.

To upload pictures to your gallery, click on the Photos button on the menu bar at the top, and then from the drop down menu, click Upload Photos.

And to put images in a post, click Go Advanced (right below the text box you type in to reply), and then scroll down the page a bit until you see a button that says Upload/Edit Photos. Click that, and then browse your computer to find your photos. If you're including a photo in a post/thread, MAKE SURE the size of the photo is under 700x700.

Shop preferences really rely on what you are looking for and in what each shop specializes. I have found that most dsm specific shops are really helpful, but I wouldn't recommend anything that strays too far.

Shops that have too many applications tend to skimp on the information about that might be necessary for 1g's (like not knowing the differences between a '90 and '92).

Ask a lot of questions from shops you are thinking about buying from and see who answers are the fastest with the best information. I have not yet found everything I've looked for at one place.

I also noticed on some sites they offer compatable "extra" parts to go along with your purchase. Or diffrent colors of parts or diffrent styles and performance levels and it varys with each site makeing it even more difficult to decide what is best.

I have purchased most of the itmes on my car from slowboyracing, and always recieve good customer support, and my parts arrive within a few days. Dsm parts also have a few good products, and of course extremepsi, i think the prices there are much lower. Good luck
