I am about to get a 91 eagle talon awd. I have been talking to the guy for about a week now. It is running to lean. It has :

maf-t
aeromotive afpr
tial 38mil wastegate
turbonetics 50-trim
dumped exhaust
apexi boost guage
apexi egt and guage
walbro 255

What should i do to get it running right?

no. i listed all the mods above. what is the worst fuel air ratio i could drive with?? without damaging the engine or blowing it...

You will need either a narrowband lcd readout DynoTune Product, 001-Round Digital Air/Fuel Ratio Gauges - DynoTune, Nitrous systems, Purge kits, Nitrous Bottle heaters and more!
or a wideband o2.

Start by dialing in your injectors according to the chart that came with the translator. Start the car and wait for it to warm up. Keep shutting the car off and adjusting injector sizes until the 02 voltage is scoping around 0.5mv. (golden ambers on wideband)

Then drive the car at about 50mph, and adjust your mid section on the translator. (again 02 should scope the same)

Do slight roll ons until you get the WOT tuned correctly. It depends on the gas used, but .925-.930 is good for the narrowband, or 11:1 on one the wideband.

Remember when tuning the translator: to the right is richer, to the left is leaner. Injector size up is leaner, and injector size down is richer. You could get NGK BPR8ES plugs and turn the boost up to 17-18lbs providing you don't have knock. (datalogger would come in handy here) This is also with 93-94 octane gas. Low resistance plug wires would help too. With other supporting mods (ticker MLS headgasket, ARP head studs, fmic) you can run 25lbs of boost on the 6 bolt engine with 94 octane fuel. It is tricky, and a datalogger would be needed to check knock count.

Edit: Forgot to mention to do WOT pulls in 3rd gear.
