Your profile shows that you have the stock UICP. I think the site below sells a cold air intake that will work for that setup, but I'd call them to make sure. Once you go to an aftermarket UICP, the cold air intake won't fit anymore (you'd have to cut it to conform to the new UICP). It's referred to as a "Heat Shield" on the site...8th item down.

Still working on it i'm lazy I guess. I tried getting it to fit last time I re-oiled my K&N but couldn't get it to fit even with the MAS and Air filter off. Perhaps I have one for a 1G? I'll take some photos once i'm off work.
 
Circled are the areas that are too large. WHen connected to the MAS and the intake the ends of the plate bend and can not fit.
