in first and second and third i can floor it with no problems. but if im in 4th or 5th "mainly 5th" and i give it a good amount of gas the engine will start to rev like normal but then it well start rev higher but its not going to thw wheels. idk if it the cluch slipping or something. whats wrong?
 
I am no expert but I remember that happening when I drove my dads car. sounds to me your clutch is on its way out. when I had to drive back fourth to work in it I would not push the pedal too much just enough to get to the speed I would need to be at if I pushed it too much it would go much at all
